Magnifig began as a fragrance created for my own wedding. What started as a simple pursuit of a fresh green fig soon evolved into something far more personal.

After the wedding, I returned to the formula and gave it the time and natural materials it deserved. Layer by layer, it gained depth, texture, and character. Beyond the freshness of fig and tea lies a subtle savory warmth, an almost umami like nuance that gives the fragrance an unexpected sense of comfort and realism.

Magnifig is a tribute to celebration, captured perfectly in the spirit of a traditional Malay wedding feast. It honors not only flowers and tea, but also the warmth of a shared table, where sweetness and savoriness exist side by side, becoming memories that last long after the day has passed.

Among the rarest floral absolutes in perfumery, Osmanthus Absolute is prized for its remarkable duality. It opens with the luscious aroma of ripe apricot before revealing soft leather nuances that give the flower its unmistakable character.

In Magnifig, Osmanthus bridges the fruity sweetness of fig with the richness of tea, adding elegance, depth, and a quietly sophisticated floral heart.

Immortelle Absolute

Immortelle Absolute is one of perfumery's most distinctive natural materials, combining notes of honey, dried hay, tobacco, caramel, and warm spices into a single extract.

Rather than adding sweetness alone, it lends Magnifig its subtle savory warmth. Together with the tea accord, it creates the unexpected umami nuance that quietly emerges as the fragrance settles, giving the composition remarkable depth and character.
